1. Collection of Outstanding Sums of Money,
Arrears or Late Payments
The collection of outstanding sums of money, arrears or late payments can be reclaimed from your debtor in order to settle your file thanks to the ‘‘Demand Letter’’.

2 - Voluntary Surrender Form
It is our custom to proceed with the recovery of your goods by obtaining a ‘‘Voluntary Surrender Form’’ signed by your debtor, which will result in a significant reduction of your fees upon the recovery of your securities.

3 - Proof of Insurance Certificate
We will ensure that your debtor complies with your specifications and possesses a ‘‘Proof of Insurance Certificate’’ in order to protect and secure your goods.

4 - Bankruptcy
We will proceed to obtain a ‘‘Proof of Claim’’ including any other documents pertaining to the Bankruptcy Trustee’s Act which in turn enables us to recuperate your securities which allows for your convenient disposal.

5 - Securities Protection
In the province of Quebec it is imperative that your securities are published in the ‘‘Personnal Property Security Act’’ (P.P.S.A.) or the equivalent ‘‘Registre de Droits Personnels Réels et Mobiliers’’ (R.D.P.R.M.). Upon your request, we will proceed with the pertinent documentation and or necessary publications.

6 - Processing of Documents and Services
Quebec law requires us to comply with the ‘‘Consumer Protectio Bureau’’ (Office de la Protection du Consommateur) such as the serving of a ‘‘Notice of Benefit of Term’’ or a ‘‘Repossession Notice’’. We can assure you that we will proceed legally while securing your interests.

7 - Auctioneer’s Liquidation
We are able to offer you a complete service including the ‘‘Transportation’’ and ‘‘Liquidation’’ of your securities, either by your appointed auctioneer or by any other means.
