OUR COMPANY

Established by Jean Marc Paquette in 1973, Paquette & Associés` head office is situated in the heart of the old Montreal, which can be found in the historical site of the Place d'Armes.

With a team of over 120 members, we provide professional service in legal proceedings for lawyers, notaries, law clerks, municipalities, financial institutions, companies and private individuals. We carry out your legal proceedings efficiently at all times, be it from our offices in Laval, Longueuil or Montreal.

Our services have no boundaries. In fact, we deal with 240 communities in the Greater Montreal area; in addition beyond these locations, we have developed a network of agents in other cities in Quebec, Canada, the U.S. and in a number of European countries.

Paquette & Associés uses state-of-the-art computer and computer communications technology. In 1975 we were the first bailiff's office to be fully computerized. Since 1994 our clients have been benefiting from a communication system that enables them direct access to their individual proof of service and/or execution as well as to their billing, 24 hours seven days a week.

Today, our bailiffs are essential partners in a number of legal fields and are capable of helping our clients succeed in efficiently managing their files.
